Vacancy: Temporary Cashier (Part-time)

Role Summary
We seek to recruit as soon as possible a temporary part-time cashier responsible for the day-to-day operation of members’ accounts covering both offices.

Fully Flexible
We are looking for candidates who possess:
• Recent experience of cash handling, end of day balancing and administration roles

• Should have good IT skills and experience working in a computerised environment

• Good Communication & Organisational skills

• Working knowledge of customer care issues and responsibilities

• Able to work Friday evenings and Saturday mornings if required
• Minimum 5 GCSE passes, at grade ‘C’ or above to include English and Maths or an equivalent qualification e.g. NVQ level 2 including numeracy and literacy
• To have had previous experience working in a credit union or other financial organisation
• Knowledge of Credit Union ethos, principles and operations
